"The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" is a short story of speculative fiction by American author Washington Irving, contained in his collection of 34 essays and short stories entitled The Sketch Book of Geoffrey Crayon, Gent. Written while Irving was living abroad in Birmingham, England, "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" was first published in 1820. Along with Irving's companion piece "Rip Van Winkle", "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" is among the earliest examples of American fiction with enduring popularity, especially during the Halloween season.

Der Roman wurde erstmals als Buch 1886 von dem Verleger Pierre-Jules Hetzel veröffentlicht. Eine Vorab-Veröffentlichung erfolgte im Journal des Débats politiques et littéraires in der Zeit vom 29. This is a gothic novella by the Scottish author Robert Louis Stevenson first published in 1886. The work is also known as The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, or simply Jekyll & Hyde. It is about a London lawyer named Gabriel John Utterson who investigates strange occurrences between his old friend, Dr Henry Jekyll, and the evil Edward Hyde. The novella's impact is such that it has become a part of the language, with the very phrase "Jekyll and Hyde" coming to mean a person who is vastly different in moral character from one situation to the next.
Autour de la Lune est un roman d’anticipation de Jules Verne, paru en 1869. Le roman paraît d'abord dans le Journal des débats du 4 novembre au 8 décembre. L'édition originale est mise en vente le 13 janvier 1870, et l'édition gd. in-8° le 16 septembre 1872. C'est la suite du roman De la Terre à la Lune, paru en 1865. Ce roman décrit les aventures des trois hommes (Nicholl, Barbicane et Michel Ardan) qui sont montés dans un obus tiré par un immense canon pour les envoyer vers la Lune.
